1. Services Provided 1.1 BackDevelopers offers web development, SEO optimization, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, content creation, graphic design, and technical services including IoT, cybersecurity, server development, and remote IT support.

1.2 We specialize in building websites using various platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, and React, utilizing the latest technologies to ensure optimal performance and SEO optimization.

1.3 We provide the option to build static websites on free hosting platforms and use secure hosting providers like Cloudflare CDN, which offers free SSL for any website.

1.4 Our SEO services include an initial consultation, competitor analysis, keyword research, content creation, and ongoing optimization.

2. Monthly Support
2.1 We offer optional monthly support packages for ongoing website maintenance, updates, and SEO optimization.
2.2 Monthly support includes regular backups, updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
2.3 Clients are not locked into long-term contracts and may cancel monthly support at any time with a 30-day notice.

2.4 If a client does not have any monthly support with us, any additional service in the future will be charged separately. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that a website will be restored completely if it has been outdated for a long time or was hacked and no backup was available, and it may need to be rebuilt from scratch.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 Our pricing is transparent and provided upfront before the commencement of any project.
3.2 Payment terms will be agreed upon in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
3.3 We offer a 50% discount on SEO boost services when you choose us to build your website.
3.4 We do not charge any upfront fees for web development services. However, tools, hosting, and licenses are paid upfront by the client.
3.5 Upon agreeing to develop a website, we set up a contract specifying our agreement during the meeting. The contract becomes valid only after it is read and signed by the client and remains valid until payment is made at the end of the project.
3.6 Clients are not locked into long-term contracts and may cancel monthly support at any time with a 30-day notice.

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of the project.
4.2 Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving project deliverables in a timely manner.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Client data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, design, and code created by BackDevelopers remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
6.2 Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom designs and code are transferred to the client.

7. Warranties and Liability
7.1 We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee specific results or rankings in search engines.
7.2 BackDevelopers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Any free services, such as hosting and SSL certificates, are offered by third-party providers.
8.2 We are not responsible for any changes in terms or fees by these third-party providers after the services are availed.

9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice.
9.2 Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
